We do accept quarter-page advertisements but typically advise against these. If you would like to discuss quarter pages, contact our Editor for a favourable and generous rate.
*All rates are exclusive of VAT. Obviously, this only applies to UK clients. Those from outside the UK do not pay VAT.
Advertising rates are only offered on the basis of the CMYK / four colour print process, rather than those of mono (black and white) or spot colour printing.
Bookings submitted by recognised advertising agencies (with full copy supplied) attract an agency discount of 10% per insert.
We are able to discuss special rates for dedicated supplements, features and inserts. We are happy to, and actually enjoy, tailoring specific advertising packages for our customers to their own specific needs.
Contact either the Editor or our sales department to discuss the many different mixes of web and print advertising that we can offer together, alongside other marketing strategies.
Special Positions
Special positions refer specifically to the inside front cover, the inside back cover, and the back cover of the magazine. These typically attract the most attention from readers and are the most visible advertising positions.
The back page is usually considered to be the most valuable advertising position as it offers more visibility to more people than any other position within a publication possibly can.
We do not offer advertisements on our front page.
All special positions are only offered as series bookings. In very rare cases, it may be possible to offer a special position as a single insert, so you can always call and ask. But this is not usually possible, and we advise you to ask about booking ahead for these positions as they sell very quickly in advance.

Insert costs are pretty typical throughout the industry, and a guide of £85 per 1,000 inserts is commonly accepted as the rule, based upon standard dimensions of 2-4 pp on size A4 paper. We would advise you to contact the Editor to ensure the best rate based upon your needs.
